Human Rights in International Politics

“Lidská práva v mezinárodní politice” (Human Rights in International Politics), published by Pavel Dufek (Department of Political Science FSS), Hubert Smekal (Department of International Relations and European Studies FSS) et al., to which also Ivo Pospíšil and Katarína Šipulová contributed, was published by Wolters Kluwer publishing company. 

The publication offers an overview of the issue of human rights in general as well as in international and national context. According to the reviewer, an emerita vice-president of the Constitutional Court Eliška Wagnerová, it is a unique work. The book is useful not only to lawyers and the professional public, but also to the students of law and philosophical fields of study.
