Peter B. Doran, President & CEO of the Washington-based think tank Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is coming to our department to speak about the US foreign and energy policy in light of current security challenges. Has America changed? What is the role of energy in the transatlantic area? What is the state of US relations with Russia and China and what to expect?
