13th summer school on energy security successfully concluded
On Friday, July 25th, the 13th annual international summer school on energy security successfully concluded. This year, the summer school, which our department has been organizing since 2012, hosted 33 students from around the world, including from South Korea, the United States, Germany, Italy, and other countries.
During the two-week program, students attended lectures by both Masaryk University faculty and experts from the Czech Republic and abroad. The students also participated in a specialized excursion to the Brno waste-to-energy plant, where they learned about using waste for heating. In their free time, students went on trips around the Brno area.
