Tomáš Vlček delivered presentation on alternative oil pipeline infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe at Energy Community's 16th Oil Forum in Belgrade, Serbia. He discussed reaction of states in the region on the EU sanctions against Russian oil imports, chosen solutions and measures a the probable future.
