Start of Semester Marked by Guest Lecture from Kamil Zwolski
The Department of International Relations and European Studies marked the start of the new semester by welcoming Kamil Zwolski from the University of Southampton, one of Europe’s leading scholars on security issues .
Kamil Zwolski delivered a thought-provoking lecture titled “Poland’s Eastern Strategy and the Shadow of the Russian Information Interference” as part of the European Seminar Series. He also participated in the international research workshop “Internal Adaptation of States to the Threat of Foreign Interference”, organised within the INTERFER project.
The INTERFER project (Foreign Interference in the Context of Current Geopolitical and Technological Changes) is an interdisciplinary initiative focused on analyzing foreign interference in the context of current geopolitical and technological transformations. It is implemented by a consortium led by the Institute of International Studies/Peace Research Center Prague, Charles University, in partnership with Masaryk University, the Institute of International Relations, and the University of Ostrava.
His visit provided students and colleagues with valuable insights and fostered new opportunities for academic exchange and collaboration.
