Smekal appointed to the Czech government´s Council for Human Rights

The Czech Government approved the appointment of Hubert Smekal as a member of the Government Council for Human Rights. The Council is the advisory body to the Government in the issues of human rights. The Council meets today after almost two years of inactivity.
