Petr Kaniok in a new article on V4 Recovery and Resilience Plans
Petr Kaniok published a study in the journal European Politics and Society entitled "The NGEU comes to Visegrád: implementation process and throughput legitimacy". The article analyses the process by which Recovery and Resilience Plans (RRPs) were developed in the four Central European EU countries. It concludes by finding that in all countries the procedural legitimacy of RRP creation was only pretended, with national parliaments, for example, being largely ignored. The article, whose findings have implications for research on procedural legitimacy in the EU, is available in Open Access mode on this link: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/epdf/10.1080/23745118.2024.2336097?needAccess=true .
