Monika Brusenbauch Meislová on Czechia–UK relations after Brexit in the newly published report "The Starmer Government and Europe"

9 Jun 2025

Monika Brusenbauch Meislová has contributed a chapter on Czechia to the newly published report “The Starmer Government and Europe – Resetting Relations in Turbulent Times”, which explores the evolving network of bilateral relationships between the United Kingdom and individual member states of the European Union in the aftermath of Brexit.

The report was prepared as part of the Living with the Neighbours research project under the UK in a Changing Europe initiative, and edited by Professor Hussein Kassim and Kirsty Warner (both based at the University of Warwick). Bringing together contributions from leading European scholars, the volume offers a wide-ranging and multi-perspective analysis of the United Kingdom’s current position in Europe.
