Students Explored Legal Aspects of Modern Energy in a Practice-Oriented Course
In March, we hosted a short course focused on the legal aspects of modern energy. The course gave students the opportunity to explore current issues through lectures delivered by legal practitioners.
Three representatives of the Doucha Šikola law firm contributed to the course: partner Pavel Doucha, associate Denisa Skládalová, and associate Vojtěch Krajíček. They introduced students to key topics including spatial planning for renewable energy sources, legal aspects of modern technologies such as battery storage, and issues related to increasing the flexibility of the energy system.
