Martin Jirušek at the Central European Energy Conference
Last week, Martin Jirušek spoke on the opening panel of another annual Central European Energy Conference, which is traditionally organized in Bratislava by the Slovak Foreign Policy Association.
The panel, titled Energy security in Central Europe: between vulnerability and transformation, analyzed the role of Central Europe with regard to the challenges in energy and security across Europe.
Martin presented his perspective on future developments, in which Central Europe can only succeed by coordinating energy and security policies at the EU level. According to Martin's view, such an approach is necessary, especially in light of growing geopolitical tension.
