Ivana Hlavsová Introduced Students to Diplomatic Protocol in the “How Do They See Us” Course
This week as part of the course “How Do They See Us: The Czech Republic and its European Partners,” we had the pleasure of welcoming Ivana Hlavsová, Head of Domestic Protocol at the Office of the President of the Czech Republic, to the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University.
Her talk offered students a unique insight into diplomatic protocol and the day-to-day work behind high-level official meetings and ceremonies. The discussion highlighted not only formal rules but also the practical aspects of organizing diplomatic interactions at the highest level.
